To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment is typically due 14 days prior to the event date. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment terms are not met.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on costs already incurred.
While we strive for perfection, DINECENTER LTD (16368370) shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We take food safety seriously. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchens.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
